Business Model Canvas is a visual tool used to describe and design a business model. It is essentially a one-page diagram that illustrates the key elements of a business and how they relate to one another. The canvas is divided into nine building blocks: Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partners, and Cost Structure.
