Two Door Access Control

Two door access control systems are used to restrict access to a specific area or building. There are two types of anti-passback:

• Hard anti-passback: When an individual uses their access credential to enter a controlled area, the system will not allow them to use the same credential to exit until a certain amount of time has passed or another individual has used their own credential to enter the area.
• Soft anti-passback: Similar to hard anti-passback, but it will only prevent the individual from exiting the area if they have not used a different credential to enter the area.

Anti-passback helps to ensure that only authorized individuals are able to enter and exit controlled areas, and can also help to track who has entered and exited the area.
