Before guard patrols, we need to install a checkpoint tag on the location where you want to check. ( where is very important, must be checked e.g. financial office, general manager office, workshop, air condition room, power supply room, etc. )
Then we need to make patrol settings in the software, e.g. make a route, register all checkpoint tag ID numbers and guard ID numbers in the software, and make the tour schedule for each tour round ( which can make sure that guard must check this important location at a special time as required).
Then guard carries the guard reader to scan each checkpoint tag on each location at a special time, and all this information will be recorded in the reader once he finishes his job and back to the control center, via cable or downloaded, all information will be transferred to our management software. Then we can realize 2 functions: manage the guard’s job, at the same time realize property safe.
